Breakfast will be made available on Saturday, August 5th at 7:00 am, prior to Shotgun Start.
A buffet style luncheon will be provided from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 5th, at the Holiday Inn located next door to the golf course. Lunch is included in the registration fee, but only for the registered golfer. Guests will be charged by the hotel at a rate of $15.00 per non-golf registrant.
The Players Reception will be held at the Courtyard Marriott from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Par Makers & Service Award presentations will be made at 7:30 pm during the reception. Appetizers, spirits, and a DJ will be available for your enjoyment! Flights for Sunday’s tournament pairings will be posted during the reception.
At the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday, August 6th, a presentation will be held on the course patio to acknowledge tournament champions, flight champions, as well as distribute door prizes.
